Here is the story of the Hacking of 88....which took place on Jly 23rd...people were on and watched accounts being reset..etc..and some of us were in Holidays (less than the 24hr so were still in cooldown) and some jumped into holiday .....we checked our secondary emails after being told that was how hacker was doing it and found them to be changed.....the emails that were put in place were [email]guard2508@live.com...alison.farrugia@yahoo.com...i mguard@yahoo.com..(there are 2 or 3 others which when find will put in there)...

now understand this..they DID restore account(s)...they still sit at 1 city with no heroes no items no resources and all coins gone.......so Evony..you call this restoring?? also, the 1 city is low level...not a 10
I have communicated with Dave Mata...at frist was the standard "don't share account info..dont b0t..etc.etc.." I explained to him and to customer service that we had changed ALL of our info and pw's and NOT SHARED the new details with anyone......that did NOT stop the hacking.....even people that were in holidays still had their account re-hacked..1 person had it re-hacked 3 times and watched as his security secondary email was changed over and over and over........He got back his account minus EVERYTHING and even though mailing evony support 100+ times...they have yet to fix the issue......
I have been contacting evony support also and i do realize my account wasn't hacked but was close to being so...but I will keep on contacting them until they fix all friends accounts..
So..to continue....we have found out that the Hacker has somehow managed to breach the security set up by Evony...this is/was being done by the Hacker using a Bot to enable it to change the security questions by inserting new questions/ answers....I was told this was able to happen cause most people use the 1st set of questions and that the bot gets through that way and once they have breached those questions/answers then they are able to access account by changing again the secondary email and Evony sending them re-set password instructions..(so basically, evony is sending the link to both the hacker and the owner and both are batteling it out for control of account and the Hacker using a Bot which is faster at retrieving imma told then by doing it manually)
This shows that Evony's security features are not secure...
AGAIN I will say..this is NOT a plyer's fault...this is a security breach that Evony needs to look into as it can HAPPEN to anyone.....
also Evony...why ..after people CHANGE all settings..etc..this is still happening??? Are you saying that we have lost control of our accounts for good? given the fact that no matter what is being done/said the system is still failing?
Also...was informed that Evony did ban one of the above mentioned emails BUT in essense they wound up banning accounts that were being hacked as that email was placed there as secondary....
I am again asking you to please look further into this and to please restore /fix the affected players .....
btw to the spammers on here..please dont go into the sharing details etc again...i have explained everything on here(as best as could lols).....imma not computer savvy but am just posting on here on behalf of what have been told and maybe ALL servers should look into it and maybe it won't happen to you.......(dont get into the "dont share info crap" cause we all know 99.99% have...)
