Yes, very much so. And I like a lot of different personality traits, but most importantly they have to be trust worthy and straightforward. None of that, "I'm gonna sit back and wait for him to ask me" crap and none of that "No, I'm FINE *glare*" garbage.
As a Platonist at heart, I respect the self-autonomy and the courage, strength and beauty of women. When I say beauty, I do not mean a physically attractive individual. The flesh dilapidates or decays due to senescence and is unworthy but the soul is immortal; the divine spark within each individual is a scintillating ray that shines forth and illuminates the flesh creating a truly beautiful individual, or woman as in this case.
As a budding philosopher and as a Platonist I am not interested in relationships of any kind: it is not for me. Here is the reason: according to Platonic theory, an individual is a charioteer pulled by two horses; the charioteer is logos or wisdom/reason and maintains the equipollence or the balance of powers between the two horses. One horse is eros or desire/lust and other base and vulgar qualities; the opposing horse is thymos or emotion, spiritedness, etc. With only eros or lascivious passions [sexual lust], the individual degenerates and is a slave of their own passions/desires. With only thymos, the individual falls to hubris and is obsequious to such chains of servitude. With logos in control, there is a balance as opposed to disequilibrium, with knowledge being the nourishment of the soul as opposed to lasciviousness and hubris.
I hope to remain celibate throughout my life as such a topic does not interest me and is less important than my intellectual endeavours. However, what is remarkable in a woman is the personality as opposed to mere flesh alone: kindness, high intelligence, confidence, and great conviction of opinion and spirit are the true pearls within this earth as opposed to physical looks alone which is common and unremarkable.
Yes, I look for a girl who is smart, laughable, kind, and athletic... And if possible pretty. :)
I don't like girls that are too popular, There personality has no room for cockiness then, I like that. :)

Personality is much bigger. It's what maintains the vibes going back and forth. It's what keeps you filled up from that person. I look for girls who are chilled, relaxed, flawed and they know it. I like a little edge in women too, I don't want straight sweetness.
If they are a conflict of things, sweet and edgy, that is perfect for me.
Funny, smart,(preferably cute and/or hot), laid-back, cool.
