Level 10 NPC conquer -- all the battle reports

ive got a level 10 NPC near me but its at a distance of 4.5 miles that i want to try and take in the next few days.

so my question is. is it still possible to conquer it from that distance?

im hoping to have 200k archers, 200k warriors, 20k ballistas and the rest for layering... would i be able to take it with these numbers?

any advice would realy be appreciated

Couldnt i just use all my citys...like time all my citys to 30 seconds or so apart and make 40 attacks in a 20 minute time frame

I plan on taking a Lvl 10 NPC Very soon, and was curious.

I have all lvl 10 Relevant Techs
I plan to use
150k Archers (All archers first wave)
150k Warriors
And layers

Lvl 10 Rally, have 2 Ensigns, 135 Attack hero first wave. 117 Attack hero second wave.
I'm 1.0miles from the NPC
Any suggestions/comments? I would like to know a decent time interval to send them at, and what I should send for the second wave & on...

Hi, is there anyone tried attack npc lvl 10 without buff? and can i have a look the war report?

I attempted a lvl without any buffs using a lvl 9 rally point and all combat techs at 10 with HR 9. I dont have the report but the 89K of archers and fluff was wiped out. and the second attack won but at heavy losses also. I called it a day at that time and recently re-tried.

Once the maintenance is done I will put my report up with buffs used and a war ensign from lvl 10 rally point. took very few losses and also captured the city.

Basically without the buffs you have to sacrifice allot of troops to pull down the first attack and the difference is less on the waves.

ok I had 122133 archers total and about 10k warriors and fluff to start.

boosts where corselet, war horn and war ensign and I had an Excalibur to boost hero attack. this gave hero total of 188 Att.

I needed to wait for the attack to return before continuing but I was 1 mile away so only 2.5 mins.

Right now to split into waves

and so on.
after this set of waves i paced 20K archers for the first clearing hit and following waves only 10K archers + fluff.

I lost a total of 42k archers but managed to take the city this way.

Just wondering, how far apart did you space your troop sending after each wave?

Well, I joined the club and took a level 10 NPC earlier today. I'm a cautious sort so I used all buffs with level 10 RP and war ensign for 1st wave.

I am pretty happy with results and I owe a debt of thanks to all the guys posting on this page - would never have done as well if not for all the help here :p

My tactic was tried and tested: archers and ballistea on 1st wave and then simple successive waves of 40k warriors and 20k archers - all with layering of '1' etc.

My total army assembled was 250k archers, 300k warriors, 25k ballistea and a few thousand each of the others stuff. I have level 10 of all techs except HR which is 9. All heros used were 100+ attack. the NPC was 1.0 mile from my base and total time take was only 26 minues - I'm happy about that as I needed the loo :)

My losses were refeshingly light - perhaps 25k archers, 1.5 k ballistes and 40k warriors. I put this down in part to the low level opponant hero I faces - I got lucky!

Have fun - Its not as bad as you think taking a Level 10!

I to joined the lvl 10 NPC club today.
My techs were:
10 Arch
10 Mil Trad
10 Iron working
10 Compass
9 Medicine

My strategy was:

Initial Wave (lvl 9 RP with Ensign) - 200 pikes, 200 swords, 112.1k Archers
I lost 55k archers.

Second Wave - 45k Archers, 45k Warriors (>1k Losses)

Latter Waves-
I had 2 cities attacking the lvl 10 (1 was 1.4miles and the other was 2 miles away).
I kept one city dedicated to hitting over and over with 45k/45k
The other city I would make a 45k/45k attack followed by 8 10k archer attacks.

I know this strat is very risky as this was my first one and I didnt have a clue to what I was doing lol. In total I lost 130k Archers and 50k warriors. I started with 225k archers and 180k warriors.
