Me personally;
1) TH (+3 Resource Fields, +1 Valley)
2) Wall (+Wall endurance, +Wall Slots, +Range)
3) RP (larger march)

lvl 10 feasting hall is useless without lvl 10 rally spot. I would say walls, town hall, rally spot,
If i had a few i would be tempted by a farm for the lvl 10 agriculture, but thats easy once you have a lvl 10 npc...
i think the reason why the medal drop rates in the new server are nerfed is because they want to level the plyaing field for the new players. of course if the drop rates for the medals are still the same as the old servers, the mature players will take advantage of the new ones since they know how to be promoted easily (how and where to get the medals etc). but i strongly believe that the medal drop rate in the new servers will be fixed later on, when the developers of the game feel that the population of mature players in the new servers are growing significantly...

The data is in. I sent this initial attack that hit at 8:07:15. battle3.evony.com/default.html?logfile/41/66/8e/d6/41668ed61578749103d85d3748d7af65.xml
This was the 40th wave to hit and it captured the city at 8:07:45, 30 seconds later.

A total of 1,050,000 warriors were sent but only 880,000 participated in attacks before the city was captured. I lost a total of 44,613 warriors, no archers were sent except 1 in the initial attack. The losses in the initial attack can be seen in the 1st battle report. From the data submitted by hairysocks it appears that the initial attack should by only archers as they cost less and the losses aren't much more than the ballistas. The NPC leader was a lvl 3 with a 41 attack factor but you can keep sending scouting missions until you get a low level NPC leader.
This is a great method of capturing a lvl 10 NPC for whatever purpose as the NPC warriors never get a chance to regenerate.
Clearly there are several good choices for investing multiple mich scripts. HOWEVER if you do not plan on spending $ on getting more than the one freebie script AND you do not have godlike luck on the wheel AND you have not yet gotten to the point where you can attack npc 10's at will....THEN you need to use your script on upgrading your Town Hall to Level 10 simply because you need a 10 TH to advance your rank to General & you need a rank of General to advance your Title beyond Viscount.
If you CANNOT advance beyond Viscount you CANNOT have more than 5 cities. I would rather have 10 or 9 or even 8 cities pumping out max troops than just 5 that can send 125,000.
To me, it's that simple. Everything else is optional.
Looks like you are getting a lot of opinions, I'll share mine.
A lvl 10 Rally point is your best choice. Is needed so you can capture a lvl 10 barbarian city. With the use of ONE script, you get a lvl 10 of everything but a warehouse. That is the MOST cost effective use of it.
So build a city next to a lvl 10 barb city. Make a lvl 10 rally point with lvl 9 feast hall. Take barb city.
Build another barb city nearby. Now attack from both cities until captured. repeat.
It is most certainly NOT necessary....
lvl 10 rally point is good, though. Makes a big difference in your army strength.
As for pults...even though they are slow and expensive, they REALLY cut down on losses when farming a lvl 10, so they can pay for themselves.
Honestly, however, they are slow and I've yet to build enough to take on a raid against a player yet...all my enemies are too far from me anyway, so they make a good farming tool.
