no it doesnt matter if its player or npc most likely you had too many cities already remember you can only have a certain amount of cities per title.

I thought that at the time but i was viscount and i can have up 2 5 cities maybe 6 i dunno, i have 4 atm and made myself a lvl 5 npc. il try again maybe that 1 npc city was bugged its now just a flat with no city there.
I simply think you have to accept the loss. Even if you somehow remove the trebs, more than half will be back for the next assault. The tactic I'm currently using is to send 5-6 waves of 400 warriors. Less they could be wiped out and more don't destroy more trebs. All in all, a wave removes 9% of the trebs. With these 6 waves, I reduce the loss to 200 ballistas out of 700.
The way player cities work is this: Attack with whatever you feel comfortable attacking with until you get the loyalty to 15. Then the public grievance is th eonly thing that will increase. It will increase by 1 point each attack until you get the city to 5 loyalty. Then the gates will open (if they already werent open) and you will have to fight any troops garrisoned inside. If you are attacking an inactive player, I usually attack it down to 15-20 loyalty, then wait till the next day. The public grievance and loss of food/gold will clear out the city and make it a very easy target. If the player is active you have to try and take the city before they get back online and save their city. And like the moderator said, if it is their last city. You cant take it anyway.
why did i loose my 160000 thousand gold and a whole bunch of resources for caceling and upgrade this is bs i recommend not caceling an upgrade at the academy
Thanks! :D I take it that the basic teleport will just plonk my city any old where and I need an advanced teleport to get to lower lorraine?
A basic teleporter will let you choose which state you want to be in but the coordinates are random, whereas an advanced teleporter will let you choose the exact spot where u want your city to land, just as long as it is a flat.
So you can use the normal teleporter to get to Lower Lorraine, only that you cannot choose where exactly in Lower Lorraine your city will land.
