I'm admittedly sensitive. I have no qualms with admitting it. I have made some of my closest friends on the internet (whom I went on to meet in real life and still chat with and see all of the time), I have had my heart broken through chat (admittedly, I was about 15... but still :P), and I, yes, can get annoyed on a forum. :P
I think it depends on how a person processes emotion. To me, it is purely mentally driven... therefore I can form attachments and manage to get angry on Ye Olde Interwebz. :p
