I do. Heck I may print it off and through it in my fun power blue permission deck
note: I have moxes and dual lands, so the card does not have to be blue.

Actually, you do do something. The targets of abilities are interchangeable.

AKA, for 'Calculate', you may make an enemy's creature get -1/-1, and then make your own creature get +1/+1. You choose a target for each action, it's not the same for everything.
