I did this at 10PM and it kept me up all night long, i didnt get any sleep at all. I spent the whole night googling on what would happen if u overdosed on energy spray, but i got no response! I had to go to work the next day and i was still feeling the effects of the spray at 7PM!!!! I was completely jittery and i couldnt hold a conversation with any of my coworkers without going off topic. I was a complete mess for the rest of the day - it finally got better the day after tho ;)
