Music, in any form, can be weepy, moany, and sissy.
Take for example country music. Often associated with drunken whining hillbillies, despite that there is in fact country artists who do not fit the label.
I personally hate country, so I'm not going to dwell on it.
Journey, as my next example, has a few weepy songs, but a few not so weepy songs.
And have you heard poison by Alice cooper? I mean, that's heartache, they just throw on makeup to give it more hardcore spin.
It all comes down to the Genre, as to what the weepy songs are going to sound like.
Thus, coming back to Harok's point, you can't label music.
