Just like to share with everyone that I almost died by fireworks. We tried shooting 2 at the same time. one shot 1st and knocked the other over and the other exploded like a yard away. It was beutiful but it almost killed me. LETS DO IT AGAIN!!!!! :D
LOL I bought a bunch of mortars and threw ALL of them in my fire pit.
If I ever get the pics from my friend I'll post them. One of the photos has all of us running action movie style away from the explosion.
haha. it was so cool looking. My dad was freaking out. My mom had part of it go in the house as it exploded(she was opening the door when it exploded :D
Several years ago our mortar blew over and launched several shots out into the field we were shooting them in. The field caught in a glorious blaze, ahh what memories

some dumbass at oer forth of july put a mortar in upside down....... it exploded while someone tried to grab their beer from beside the mortar..... i still have the burns to prove it
My uncle taped several fireworks pieces to his shoulders to shoot them away from him a few years ago. The idea was to be a real life ''Burning Man'' like the one in the festival. To this day the skin on both sides of his face look like he tanned for 2 days straight. lol
He also claims it was a life lesson for all us youngsters and was done on purpose to this day :)

The total amout of fireworks it my neigborhood each 4th gets around 1MIL!!!!
in fact people dont just light them for holidays in my neigborhood, whenever there is a birthday there are fireworks, and some people just do it for the fun of it!!!
