I think scout bomb is a very effective tactic. But, have you noticed one thing? Even if your heroe's loyalty is 100%, there is possibility that he is captured. For this reason, I dare not use my highest attack hero to do scout bomb job.

The "Age of the Scout" has come and gone, but not for the reasons you mention. Too many in their analytical methods, do not bother to discern or place any value on the elimination of a target. If it REQUIRES 5,000,000 sacrificial lambs to eliminate the enemy, and said lambs can be collaboratively replaced by an entire alliance in a week....so what? You make the sacrifice, obtain the victory...and advance on the next objective. The resources consumed, are replenished free over time.
No, what has killed the rather short lived "Age of the Scout", is the simple reality that 400k+ archers will kill a 100k scout suicide wave in 1 rd. This eliminates the wave before it reaches the target and causes the wave of scouts to collapse inward upon itself, on the battlefield, with the defender unscathed.
Edit:
and talk about "silly posts"...this newbie takes the cake I think.
ummmmmm, 125k is the most the game will ALLOW you to send, and to do that requires a lvl 10 Rally Point AND the use of a 1-use item. Without expending the special item, 100k is the most you are allowed to send. Before condemning something, you might wait long enough for you yourself to LEARN HOW THE GAME WORKS. (this would have the additional side benefit, of not making you look/sound like a blithering fool.)
How do you figure 400k archers kill the wave of scouts before they inflict any casualties? All scout bombs die in one round, thats why they call it the scout bomb.
If you take a look at the battle reports, an attacker is sending 100k scouts at a defender with ~350k archers. The fight lasts one round, and the defender takes ~12k archers casualties.
What changes between 350k archers and 400k that results in the scouts getting killed before they reach the archers?
If you have a good answer, then I would love to hear it of course. New info is neat.
If not, you may wish to retract the following statement.
I dont think you read closely enough, the one in which cav reached the swords was the 4 rounder. That cav killed them on round 4 shouldnt have caused less traps to go off by round 3.
Those heroes were int / attack for kassikas theory.

I had been planning on adding another hero to the mix but the test beds suck too badly to do so. Truman and attackmed are the heroes I used as you can see their stats now.
EDIT: I know the heroes stats arent great but I havent played that account in a week now, and that was my only town with a good int hero that I didnt teleport to some random locale. :(
Well as I said I havent played on that server in a week, because theres no challenge so I dont really care about it. I'm #2 in prestige still, and the #1 guy has been farming prestige off level 10s so that's not really impressive, . If anyone wants to attack me, good luck, I have 222 million iron in one town and 135million iron in the next, and 30million gold in each town to entice you. The hundreds of thousands of ranged defenders with hundreds of millions of food to feed them shouldnt be a deterrent...
Good luck to ya.
Dude Man, I'm not hatin', it just looks like you have a man-crush on Steve Jobs and want to do anything and everything for him.
You can do whatever you want, but that's the impression people get.
But me, personally, I think Maddox wrote the best article ever on why iPhone Fanboys are annoying. http://www.thebestpageintheuniverse.net/c.cgi?u=iphone. It's an older article, and I'm not sayin' you're an iPhone Fanboy (I don't know if you are or aren't), but I loved that article.
