i like running. my stamina is very high. in my school there is a thing called "Eagle Flight" and you have to run around the school non-stop for 30 minutes and i got 46 laps around the school :)
i'm doing cross country

Nice, ever done any longer distances? 10km, half marathons etc. ???
Did a 10k on Sunday in 42mins 44secs, not my fastest but pretty happy with it:)
I've been running quite a lot recently, I really want to improve my stamina and overall fitness. Any tips on how to really push myself would be appreciated haha. (:
well, theres a US marines training plan which is 100 days long i believe, and gets you up to pretty superb levels, look it up online, or ill try and find it and post the link. Also, runners world website has many good tips and training programs.
im not a runner but i do it mon-thurs for an hour every day for football
i hate running......
I am to the point where it would take a very large, very mean dog or a gun to get me to run for any distance. If it's only a knife, I'll face it. I really truly dislike distance running. Did in school, even on track team. :)
