Thats exactly why more Moderators are being introduced. We need a lot of work done.
yes, but thats for other sections. This section oddly enough is quite different. Its hard to explain, and I'm not too sure adding mods that aren't familiar to everyone here in OT is such a good idea. Thats what I'm saying. The other sections fine, but yeah like I said hard to explain.

Actually, the new Moderators haven't been assigned to there Forums yet.
These new moderators have qualities. The right ones Evony are looking for so we maintain a happy/controlled environment.
I know, but of all of those new mods, only Ruyuk and Bickyz are the only ones that could handle the OT section. I'm just saying that. It's complicated.
Well, it has been nice talking about the condition of the forums openly with you Bob.
Moderators have qualities with communication. In your opinion, Ruyuk and Bickyz are the only ones but in sense, every Moderator has the quality to help us deal with situations as a team.
I'm willing to give the new mods a test drive. As in, we socialize a little, get to know them. It's nice though when we have people chosen from among us to become mods. It gives us something more then a darkened hallway with which to communicate with the higher-ups.
