Someone in the restaurant had the flu. A terrorist exploded an anthrax bomb. The restaurant is in the middle of a swamp. Outside the restaurant, they saw children/animals being murdered. The waiters were really, really ugly. Next door was a flu clinic with full-strength shots. A dog barfed on the floor.
