Lost rep?

I was about to say the same thing.

Various people have been demoted and that causes their past rep to be worth less than it was before. It would affect overall. =)

I don't think it was pointed at anyone. I lost rep (7 points?).

My theory. Probably 'the rules' around rep got changed and it affected everything systematically. Or perhaps an anti-abuse system got put in and it refigured everyone's rep.

Post count means little too. Personally, I never liked post count. I prefer "text count". :) How many kb's of text posted. ^_^

well, we've seen some people's post type, and I think we all agree, their spammers.

I know the reason.

The new posters never got the ten free rep we all did. So even if you think you lost less than ten, you did lose ten. I lost ten, milo lost ten, Eternal Darkness lost ten. Thinking 7 is because you have rep earned you didn't know about.

Although it is odd that the only people who would have complained about it are the people from the OTD group.
