I dunno, I checked and I was allowed to use an Avatar. I ban you for ignorance.

Seriously though, what's the deal with non-mods having avatars now? :confused:

anyone over 30 posts old :p can have an avy, and anyone over 100 posts old should be able to have a siggy :)
