WTF.
penicillin is good for curing gonorreah
it would have been 10%, you got ur 30% increase
its the research that is a rip-off (medicine)
You got a 30% increase - 30% of 10% is 3.333% added to your 10% base = 13%.Quote:
WTF.
I paid my 12 bucks for at least 30%. Give me my money or my troops back.
Sorry, that's how it works.
NO! THAT IS A LIE! Pennicillin is still effective for only 24 hours! The proclamations section is wrong and the release notes for the latest update are wrong.
I made a post in the bug report section informing them of this bug, but it's not like anyone from Evony ever reads those. Seriously, I could make posts recruiting terrorists for Al Qaeda in the Bug Report section, and I'd never get an infraction only because no official ever reads that chit.
Leave it to Evony to rip people off, only to show that even small upgrades are worth it.
That doesn't mean that people would want to pay for something like that anyway...
Try using it while defending. It's better results.
I don't understand this completely. You get 3% more wounded which = 3%less killed?
Is this right? So if you send 10k troops and 1000 get killed then w/ penecillen only how many get killed??? 970?
Thanks for the help.
Sarcasm, my friend.
Like I said, penicillin is to be used for defense, not attacking.

usually you get about 50% of your troops back on defense. when you use penicillin, it seems to increase this percentage to 65%.
incidentally, does anyone know how the game decides the percentage of troops that get sent to the medic camp?
Exactly. 30% of 50% is 15%. So 50% + 15% = 65%.
well, what i meant is sometimes, when i attack, my wounded proportion is 10%. other times it's 30%. does anyone know why?
If you knew how honor worked you'd probably not be making this post and complaining about your wounded % as well.
well, if it's directed towards me, i'm not complaining about my wounded. i'm just wondering if anyone knows what variables affect the wounded proportion? i'll just ask in the help and questions forum i guess.
The description really needs to be much better. It just says "decrease loss up by 30%", instead of 30% OF base. When defending you are really only adding 15%, and when attacking you are really only adding 3%. When someone sees the $12 price tag for one of these I bet they are not thinking it will only give them 3% or 15% more. They need to make the description a lot less misleading.
yawn..tired now..
It is your honor that determines your wounded proportion. If you attack someone with higher honor than you, your wounded proportion increases. Likewise, if someone with higher honor than you attacks you, your wounded proportion also increases. Attacking someone with lower honor than you will decrease your wounded proportion to 10% (which is the lowest without penicillin).
