thank you edu and drizztix. This question really brings out what some people really are and human nature. It shows us that if there were no rules there would be chaos. Also if the rules were to be lifted and you could do whatever there would be chaos. I presume you didn't know that midget-bowling is a very legal sport in the Netherlands, there was a big debate about it about a decade ago, untill someone actually asked the midgets what they thought of it and they loved to be in the center of attention in a good, fun way for once.
