OK so i call a few of my female friends "Babes" when i talk to them.. my gf overheard me call them that, and since i call my gf "Babes" as well, she blew up like a Raging Angry Bunny of DEATH.. and is still super cranky about it even weeks later..
SO MY QUESTION IS .. is it wrong to call another girl or guy (for u female advisers) Baby or Babes, other than you significant other?

HOWEVER, you are expected to have one special nickname for HER and that is forbidden for you to call other girls by. If the only nickname you have for her is "Babes", then yeah, you're wrong.
It would be okay to call all you female friends that and plus your girlfriend. I think it's more the way you look at them and call them "babes."
BTW, from a point of view of a guy, how do you feel if other guys call your girlfriend "babe" or any other endearments?

I would say it depends on the woman. My girl does not get offended or mad if I call other girls that. She just laughs. But then again my girl has her own special nicknames that only she gets called to. Such as Emmy, and Sunshine, and penguin, and piranha.
Girl friends expect to be treated differently than any other girl, and in your case the issue is names. I see no issue with babes because it is not a special nickname, but say you called her, idk, Nurse, then you cant call other girls that.
Dont ask were nurse comes from. lol

Lifetime movies are entirely victim focused, where the protagonist almost always being a female with a black friend or something.
maybe an old yet blandly pleasant-looking mother taking a stand against some horrible wrong that usually happens to her children, and DEFINITELY screws over the husband.
(I.E)
Mother decides to defend her family and stand up to the school that protected the football playing rapist, the company that crippled her kids, the military that shot her gay son, the frat boys that raped her daughter, or the police who ignored her hysterical pleas.

for a channel that claims to be all about empowering its core audience, there are a large number of shows about how to do a good job in the kitchen and garden.

Everyone feels differently about things for their own reasons but generally speaking, when in a committed relationship, it is usually prudent NOT to use endearing nicknames toward anyone other than your current GF.
