Umm... well I'm not sure what you mean by "worry" about them. Technically the eggs need to be clicked/viewed fairly extensively until they grow into full dragons (usually after about a week or so). But the clicking/viewing doesn't necessarily have to be done by you.

After that the dragons don't need so much attention, though viewing them once in awhile is required as otherwise they'll die (I think that's how it works anyway).

How do you get rid of a "dead egg" ?? I killed one of my eggs, hoping to clear it off my scroll, but it's still there ! Grr.

There's no real way to get rid of them-- you simply have to wait for them to disappear. I believe it takes about two weeks for them to be gone (idr exactly)

Oh okay, it just matters that they CAN dissapear. It's all good then, thanks. And if the dragon is an adult does it still need clicks ?

Clicked. And as far as I know, they don't need clicks, you just need to log on and view your scroll from time to time.

That's the way it seems to be working for my dragons anyway-- I haven't clicked on most of the individual adults in weeks and they're all fine.
