That is the standard email they use to respond to all issues. I have lost over 50K archers 2 times after recalling them from an attack and I never got any help from customer service, just this same email 2 times. This company is all about getting money and not about keeping their customers happy. It is apparent that there really is no customer service and I doubt that will ever change. What do you expect from a company that tried hard to destroy MMORPG's by selling in game money.
