If you have two accounts on the forum, it's breaking the rules.. Same goes with multiple accounts in the same server.
actually, I don't think there is anything against it. I think they'd rather you not do it, but well, its only against the rules if you do it to circumvent a ban/suspension. I only have 1 account myself though, Are I think has like 7 lol.
