Gandalf vs. Superman

Alright, I have seen another poll about who would win, so here I pit ultimate against ultimate.:p

Who would win in a fight of Gandalf the White and Superman. Gandalf is, simply put, epic. But Superman has laser vision! So tough to decide...:confused:

Oh, I lied. It isn't tough to decide. The only thing that can kill Gandalf the grey is a Balrog. The only thing that can kill Gandalf the White is Eru Ilúvatar. After all, even a man of pure epic can't kill his maker. Usually.

Gandalf is win. No question. He'd conjure some kryptonite fire, and burn superman to death.

Superman would kick Gandalf's old guy butt. I mean, Gandalf died when he got knocked off a bridge. Superman has survived the destruction of his home planet, being hit by nuclear missiles (several times) and flying through space. Superman would turn him into a pretzel before Gandalf could even lift his staff.

Superman. He is the most overpowered fictional character of all time. He's snap Gandalf in half sadly.
