I guess I'll divvy it up. The Red Army gets eastern Europe, the GAF gets Greece and Italy (because they're nice places to retire to), Purple Virus gets Austria-Hungary, Yellow Bacteria gets the Netherlands and France, and the Rebels get Spain.
