Blue Army has conducted an illegal "skype raid" on other users, causing disruption in outside communications and violating the rules of this war. I am locking Blue Army's thread for 24 hours as a result, and there will be a concurrent 24 ban on DeSalvionJr for making that assault.
I want this made very clear...I allowed this war game, violating the official forum rules against spam, on the condition that the rules would be followed. I will NOT tolerate you taking this outside of OT in ANY WAY AT ALL. Second violations will result in your complete removal from the game and possible further disciplinary action.

The Rules and Regulations of The BLUE Army
- You must follow the Rules of Warfare of which were laid out by the great FOXYBUNNY
- You may NOT Do mass shootings or massacres in order to get more members
- You may NOT take any wars outside of Evony's OT section
- You may NOT harm another person or threaten to do so
- You MUST be loyal to the BLUE army
- Violations of these rules may result in the Revocation of your 'Recruitment Protection', or Expulsion from the BLUE army
- Violations of these rules may also result in infractions, suspensions, and Bans on the evony community. The BLUE army has no control over Moderator issued punishments once in place.
- The Leaders of The BLUE Army will work closely with moderators to ensure that the Rules of Warfare are followed at all times.
- Exceptions will not be made under any circumstances.
I am posting to announce a partial reform to the BLUE army. More changes may be comming soon! Additionally, We have laid out our own set of rules!
