Rollinglogs

Hi all,

I have a historical question. In the explanations of wall equipments it is stated that in medieval warfare many offenders were killed by down rolling logs. Is that really true? I have never heard this before and I cannot imagine that it worked.

just get a bunch of people to carry logs up the wall, put them on a ramp pointing outwards, and block the ramp with a something. when people attack move the thing blocking the ramp, and people get crushed to death by huge logs

seem pretty doable to me

not bothered to search the internet for any examples, so maybe your right.

That is a negative...I looked it up...the only people to use rolling logs is Evony lol

Cmoooon, have you guys never seen the disney movie Robin Hood?:O they use rolling logs there, all the rhinos tripped over them:O
