its harder to start from scratch than it is to conquer a lvl 4 npc. and build off of that so id recommend conquering a lvl 4. next u need to take down all farms and iron mines leave 1 quarry so u can build up the walls. u build sawmills while your online then when u go to sleep u build your town hall or walls. also conquer some high lvl forests. i did this and got 300K production in 3 days.

do you biuld up warehouse to get the storage capacity? after you are raiding npc there is not enought place to store food for the army. how do you get around that?

yes there is once you get over your capacity you stop producing
