just a quick question. how many troops should i be building at a time so i dont use my resources up and what should i be aiming for in total.

i generally spend half of what im making on troops or defenses for wall. you want as many as u can get. but concentrate on archers until u get ballista then build those. if u need more resources for a big project attack an npc and bring the resources back. i would suggest not focusing on troops until you get a good production and a fair amount of barracks to build your troops. you need not worry about defense because you should be spending everything your getting. ps if you want a higher prestige don't complete the promotion quest. the higher your town hall/ rank/ title the less prestige you get. i would know i got to duke in 2 weeks.Quote:

I'm receiving invites to join alliances that aren't based in my state (Franconia). Does it do me any good to join an alliance based in another state

didn't think id make it at times but kept at it and im now comming out of pro with 40k prestige 300 ballista, 9 lvl 6 barracks and 1 lvl 9 barracks all my other buildings and science nice and high and 1k of archers 2k of warriors and 1k of archers towers in both cities.
couldnt have done it with out this
