Swine Flu

I still think that people were way to freaked about Bird flue... sigh I didn't stop playing with my cockatiel... Or my bestfriends parrots, and I didn't make a giant sterile bubble for myself to play in either.

we arent going to to die because of swine flue and florida is strong

This Flu is not killing Old people it has killed people with weaken immune systems. And yes it is not being contracted by eating pigs. All those countries that are slaughtering pigs for no reason, that is government at work.

Global warming isn't real..the world just happens to be warming up. It would increase oil prices unless we all die, in which case there wouldn't be any need for oil. Lives > Economy

Um, no. Actually, there is no link between handling or eating pigs and contraction of the "swine flu". It is a person-to-person transmissible virus that attacks people of all ages and immunity levels. Young, old, healthy or sick. In fact, the WHO is considering renaming it something less alarming than "swine flu," since governments like Egypt have taken to slaughtering 300,000+ pigs even though there hasn't been a single case in that country.

The swine flu is not a plage. So far only, what, 1 American has died? And even then, it was an infant who was from Mexico anyway. (Sorry, I'm American, I'm biased to only talk about America)

We can thank the Mass Media for instigating the panic. Gotta get those ratings from somewhere.
