I got 45honor, but i don't know what i did to get it. After i lost it when i attacked a player's city. So my question is how do i get honor and how do you lose it.

It Doesn't matter Whether u win or lose .
But the thing is the number of troops u killed should be greater then the number of troops u lost. Also applies for fortifications or ballistae, Battering ram, Catapults.
why do you want to keep your honor? It makes you lose more troops in battle. The higher your honor (compared to your enemy), more of your troops die in battle. Honor sucks.
