Well, thank you, but this is an attitude we all strive for. But we are all human, and mistakes are sometimes made. Other times, there may be reasons for our actions beyond what the community may see. I've not met a moderator or liason yet who is unwilling to discuss actions they have taken and reverse them if they were wrong.

True, there are lots of negative posts that are not deleted. But many are, and often they are more detailed and well thought out than simply 'Evony sucks'.
And in the case of someone posting simply that Evony sucks, well...In a healthy and happy gaming community there would be a dozen following posts telling the OP to quit whining or leave if they don't like it. In this forum however, a dozen people jump up detailing the how and why of the aforementioned suckage. If you banned absolutely everyone who posted something negative about evony, the forum would be a very quiet place.
I'll grant you that some threads are closed even though the argument is presented well. Often this is because it is the 4,003rd post on that particular topic, or the person is simply complaining about every single issue he/she can find and we've finally had enough. But I've seen a lot of people rush to Evony's defense in these type of threads. And you make it sound like all the posts here are negative and without them we'd have nothing. Not true. We have mostly positive and pleasant posts by people who enjoy the game.

Speaking of which, any idea of how I might convince my warriors to stop hiding behind my archers when the enemy cavalry comes charging toward them? I'm thinking superglue on their boots, but I can't seem to find the item...
Rumor has it that Superglue is a rare drop achieved when you finally conquer a level 10 NPC. I believe it drops about 1 in every 163,000 times you do it.

*sighs* I've said this before...many times...but root of most of the problems here is that the officials seem to look down on the players when they should be looking across at them. The newest merger is a good example. The last one had major issues and left many players angry, and here is another following hot on it's heels, with very little warning and no word to the community at large as to any steps taken to make this a smoother and more successful merge. No consultation either in the forum as to whether players actually want this. General tone of things is, in the end, 'My way or the highway.' And more and more people seem to be choosing the highway.
I do sometimes wish that all the players could see behind the scenes. There is so much effort involved in pleasing the players and making changes they want. You have no idea. There are also larger plans at work that have to be fulfilled in order for the players to get to the next stage of gameplay. We'll do our best to keep improving communication as well.

Correct me if i'm wrong, but I believe that is 'Official Statement'. No plural. From what i've seen there's only one and it's a couple of months old.
Oh, I've made a few comments, Dawnseeker made one, I am sure I remember Swansea making one, and I know there were others. Not all are stickied announcements. Many were made in the midst of threads in order to answer concerned players. Pretty much, we have given our answer so many times and yet people don't accept that and keep asking. At some point we have to acknowledge that this topic is a pointless merry-go-round that only serves to disrupt and start closing threads.
