The reason why you need 15 barracks

With 15 barracks, for each one, you can split the time of your training, to 1/15th of the time, for EACH barracks.

Yes, if you have more than one barracks within 1 city, when you are going to recruit, click the checkboxes.

Wait let me get this straight...

lets say you want to train 100 units that take 60 seconds each.

City-A has 1 barracks
City-B has 6 barracks

You are saying:
City-A would take 6,000 seconds in one barracks.
City-B would take 1,000 seconds in one barracks. (1/6th the time) ???

or are you saying City-B would be 1,000 seconds divided by 6 again? (166 seconds)

He said 166 sec but 1000 sec is the corect answer.

He obviously started 1 sentance and finished an other one.
