There are a set number of items that you can win on the wheel, you cannot see all the items in one spin. The odds are that you will win 1 out of all those items on each spin. Say there are 500 items, so the odds that you will win an item is 1:500. Each spin resets those odds to 1:500, it does not continue from the first spin.
For the record, I have won speakers time and time again and I don't even use them. If you want to figure out the real odds, make a list of each new item that shows on the wheel each time you spin. Once you have figured out what all the items are that you could possibly ever win, then you will know what your 1:? is for each spin.
