Proof? I thought you would get "Situation changed" and the troops building the city would just return.

In theory you could do 19, just conquer 9 NPC's while building 9 cities. If this method works, but really doing so in the game requires time and you'll need to spread those cities you're building out far away to get that time.Quote:

this is the second bogus post i've seen from this cat. maybe some people get off on this, but i was trying to let someone know not to bother cause you'll be upset when the city you started to build cancels out when you conquer a barbarian city.
in a situation where you only have 1 city slot, and then you build 2 cities the first one to be completed will remain, same with conquering a barb and building a city.
not unless this two are synchronized which means the two will be created and captured at the same moment. I don't know if this will work ^_^
