actually, allowing someone to login to your account is against TOS because that person would essentially be playing 2 accounts.

They run 80 + servers, so off of ad revenue, they are not making even half the cost.Quote:
It costs Evony roughly $7250 a month to run their servers. Just off of ad revenue along, they're bringing in over $170K a month. Their company is currently valued at over $3,000,000.
Thank you.....
I think it is great!
# 1: This way people can't abuse it. Think how many inactives would be under VM, and how crowded it would be, if it where free. Even with, say 30 days of "free" VM each year, it would be stupidly misused, by those bad PvP'ers. "OH city is at 1 loyalty, lemme get my VM on!" This is probably the only way you can't misuse it some way or another! Great Evony!
# 2: If you are an active player, and going on vacation for, say 14 days, and really, really can't afford it, get a babysitter on your account. You are not forced to pay, it is an offer you can use, if you want!
# 3: Come on! If you can afford going 14 days to Bahamas, you can afford the 140 cents it costs! What is that? Like 14dollars, or even less? Hell, you guys pay more on MC-D everytime you stuff your face with Big-Macs!
Again, this is against TOS as that person would be playing a second account. Plus, if at a later time something happens to your account after you leave your alliance, guess what Evony isn't gonna do anything about it because you authorized someone to use your account.
