Here's an issue: People are making spam threads with no purpose whatsoever and then veering even farther off topic and turning them into just another random conversation thread.

This had a purpose. It didn't turn into spam until people started spamming it.

Actually, I'm pretty sure he not only got pwned, but he got pwned by a 17-year-old with his own weapon, because Voldy couldn't kill him even though he tried in excess of 10 times. So yeah...Gandalf wins.
