Let's look how well that worked for France....

National Assmebly, Estates General, The Directory, and SO MANY MORE, all of them failed! Horribly.
It wasn't until Napoleon came to power that France regained a stable government, and they had just come full circle, back to Absolutism anyways.

Theres the council that was for the run ups (your on it KOOPS) and theres the elected council made by Storm, Aru and Joe.
