A big part of 13 article was the deafening silence from ANY Game Dev towards any Evony player with an issue. We are just completely ignored, even if we pay good money to Evony it makes no difference.
-I would say this is not true. We have helped a multitude of players. I do note though what doesn't happen is that the forum post is not given a final report on the outcome and what happened to fix it. We should do that from now on.
Sending in Bug Reports i KNOW what it will say before it arrives, it's the same one. Then you will probably win the lottery before you will get another response from an actual person who can do something.
-Again, I'd say not really. If you're not getting help from the customer service bug report function, post it in the forum. Alert your community liaison officer, that is what they are there for, to act as your champions and raise issues to the company. Use what you have. I know when I'm alerted, I work immediately on the issue until closure with the player or players involved. I think that could be said about all liaisons or even our moderator staff who help. What we fail to do though is post an outcome report.
