It seems like a bunch of popularity contests for Off Topic participants. Not a serious thread amongst them as far as I have seen.

It was entertaining, not at all like the lectures I'm used to hearing lol

Personally i think all those recent election threads are pretty pointless.

Agreed. I think it's great that some people are having fun with it (whatever it is, I still haven't really figured it out) but it would be nice if it was kept tidy in a couple of threads instead of being all over the place.
