Evony staff, you are already being sued because of scamming people (people who paid and actually got nothing), are you willing to get sued again and again (and again) ? Do you think you'll make money this way ?
This is a wrong advertisement. I don't know how US laws work, but in Europe, you can be sued for wrong advertisement !

You took the time to reply to defend yourself. But the real point of the thread is that Evony staff are, as a whole, not responsive to problems. At all.

In other words, System probably posted a problem a week or two ago. No Evony staff member had the common courtesy to respond to him. Now he posts a second thread complaining about the lack of response from Evony staff. He then gets a response to the second thread which DOESN'T REALLY NEED A RESPONSE.

Why did you waste your time to respond to this thread? Couldn't you have looked into one of your hundreds, if not thousands, of players that paid money and did not receive items?

It's an insult that you would take time for this thread.
It's obnoxious that you would deliberately obfuscate System's point.
It's unprofessional and absolutely pathetic that you would try to dismiss his completely legitimate complaint by pretending that you don't understand what he wants.

It shows a complete lack of empathy for your customers, paying and not, and absolute disrespect to the community you unfortunately oversee.

If you don't feel shame for this then we, as a community, should pity you.

The thread called for the admin to defend himself... How else is an official supposed to act if they are told they aren't doing their job? Now if this was a thread asking them what they spend their time doing (which it is not) he wouldn't be defending himself.

The Admins do have lives as well you know, they can't be expected to reply to every single question on the forums, follow it through, and then actually have time to live. You try doing there job, you try being an admin for 10 million players.

I hope I got that right, although I was a bit unsure about the "si give this a 0 on the fail scale" bit. Did you actally mean that as fails go, this is a score of zero, which would mean not a fail at all? I got confused, sorry if my interpretation is inaccurate. Let me know if I am wrong and I will fix it.
