I can't answer this poll because my answer is not reflected here.
To understand my answer, first imagine (seriously, close your eyes and visualize this one) a guy getting kicked as hard as possible with steel toe boots right between the legs. Did your legs automatically cross as you involuntarily winced? Yeah, that's my reaction on this subject.
It's my understanding that they hurt as much as any pleasure derived from them. As far as some can be aesthetically pleasing, I'm not sure if they're really worth the trouble. But then again, I've never had any piercings whatsoever. Or tattoos for that matter.
