I am always willing to give a person another chance. Especially when they apologize.
I personally think everyone deserves a second chance. I don't care what the rest of you say, but I forgave CCC a long time ago. I hope you can all find a place in your hearts to forgive him.

What I find hard to understand is this insistence people have of wanting to come back here once they're banned. We've seen a few already, Kempion notoriously.
It seems to me that if I were banned, I'd gather what dignity I'd have left and vow never to return to a place that doesn't want me.
A second chance sure since you seem to have realized your wrong and want to correct it, but please keep in mind that being mad at a game doesn't give you the right to go off and mess with players. If I get frustrated at my 360, I don't go to my neighbors and egg their house. I quit playing it and say no harm done. Move on if you don't like a game, it's not your job to ruin it for everyone else.

Ban evasion is a serious thing, and to the best of my knowledge, the reps have not okayed this. I am going to have to check in with them and see what they say.
For my part, what bothered me was not your original spam. It was the simple fact that you have made up to 30 accounts in a single day, over and over for months now, just so you could post incredibly foul words and statements all over the forums, including in people's albums, visitor messages, all over the social groups, etc. We're still finding and cleaning up all the nasty and highly offensive messages.
I don't really care how nicely you are capable of holding a conversation. Calling me the "C" word 72 times in 1 day is not a sign of a stable, mature, or repentant individual. Had you only done this to staff, I might even be more receptive to your overtures, but you did this to regular forum members and to user-created social groups.
It's up to the reps if you stay, but if it were up to me, the answer would be no. You had second chances. And third. And fourth. We've had numerous conversations via pm and visitor messages, where I treated you with respect and courtesy, and you went off and left more nastygrams all over the place in the meantime.

I'm all for second chances however as has been pointed out, he has had a few hundred chances. The thing FB didn't mention also is how he created fake mod names like Cyhort., and a few others and tried to start trouble that way. His second chance was more like several chances a day nonstop for a couple months.
I think he has proven himself incapable of a second chance. If someone commits murder do you let them become a serial killer while they keep asking for a second chance? May be a bit of an extreme simile but how many times must someone be given a "second" chance?
As someone analyzing the situation from an outside perspective I have to concur that, though you seem tranquil AT THE MOMENT, that doesn't erase your past afflictions and the fact that the mods are STILL cleaning up your filth.
The latter doesn't help your case, since this shows you are MORE than a repeat offender. Your actions, from what I have gathered, are inexcusable, and unless you could apologize to EVERY SINGLE person you've offended and have them 100% forgive you, which you can't, you can't take any of it back.
If my vote counted for anything, as it stands, I would have to say no. I'm sorry, but these forums have become pretty homely to me and I don't want a cyber-terrorist invading them.
I was once a spammer, I think I still spam at times.... hmmm anyway everybody deserves a second chance ^_^

He can't throw a fit and ruin it for the rest of us just because he doesn't get his way and ask for another chance after expending 100's of them. It's not fair to every other person who's been banned for throwing a temper tantrum and not doing NEARLY the damage he did.

I was just saying that there was a chance to end it, we should take it. As this thread shows, many people never really even knew who ccc even was, and it offered a chance to change things. Many wouldn't have seen that it was unfair (and those outraged by it could have talked to some of us to learn the story and they are reaonable people I'm sure that could be made to understand what I call a lose-lose situation) Its something that the whole community would have to work together on to fix, yet it is a chance that needs to be taken to change the status quo.
And not everyone reacts in the same way. I'm extremely torn about this, but I am tired of ccc's actions and he is the only person that has ever gone this far. And we must work for those to come also.
Yet, again it does not matter now, CCC will be back.

in my opinion he should be let back. you say he has had a hundred second chances, but how (i really dont know the answer to this) how many times did he come back and ask to be allowed to stay, and become a member of the community again? if the answer is 0, i would think those other "second chances" are hardly second chances at all. if he has, well one more chance wouldnt hurt, but it should be the last one he gets.
