yep, and i can tell you this.. the best mods are the moderators who didnt ask for the position.. those who WANT power are not suited for power...

Not necessarily. If one does not want power, how can he be expected to enforce rules with that power? Why would he take the position if he didn't even want it?

Because by not wanting that power one may prove they are more worthy for it, than if they constantly beg for it.
It does not prove he doesn't want to help just because he does not want power.
