Mines because of my last name.

I got mine, as I am Ryuk, a Shinigami. I thought using my own name would be proper.
I WANTED to be Adama, but it was taken somewhere. Cabrini is actually from St. Francis Cabrini hospital... I just like how it sounds, kinda Lord-y.
Go to the Wiki article about my name:

(It is a short read.)
Well my last name is Hawkins and a lot of people tend to just call me Hawk, add a couple of ~ to make it pretty and there you have my name :P
Hmmm, well, my nickname is Kitti, because i'm a lot like a cat, I laze around all day looking pretty, and nibbling on what food I can find :p
And somehow its developed into Kittiana.
And thus it sticks.
Lord because i started that on another game, and its fearsome.
Drazsyr is my name. If you can figure out how, you win something special :)
A nickname that derived from my surname.
I remembered the name from an old Renaissance movie.
I've used this screenname a lot in forums, and I like the "Ugly Duckling Turns Into A Swan" story - usually a favorite amongst girls like me who were never considered 'hot' in grade school. I also think swans are beautiful.
My screen name is based off of something from my favorite book, the chronicles of amber, there are two extremes and they are the two sentient all powerful "beings" that co exist in a constant struggle to maintain balance. The pattern is the sign of order, it represents all that is organized life balance etc, then there is the Logrus, the logrus is the symbol of chaos and disorder, apparently everywhere I go I bring disorder so I guess I am the Logrus. However, on other places I am called Logrusmaster. and Logrusmaster, is a reference to someone who has mastered the power of the logrus and can channel its energy through themselves to perform various actions. The pattern and the logrus both have physical representations in there home "Citys" Amber is the home of the Pattern, and the Logrus is housed in the Courts of Chaos. If someone can walk along the pattern (desighn etched in the floor) or walk through the logrus (giant maze) one gains a degree of power over them, however only children of the blood of amber can walk the pattern, and only children of chaos can transverse the Logrus.
I used to use the tag ZenWrath in some FPS servers, then I hacked a bit off to get Zenrax.
Very intresting read! lol

Well, this username o' mine originated from way back when I started playing RuneScape. I had originally chose to be Jango Fett (or something of the like), but that name was already taken. So, the little create-a-name program thingy that websites usually have spat out a few suggestions, and I chose Jango697 from the list. It's been my default choice of a username ever since. :D
What was an interesting read?
How everyone got there gaming names.

Wpack stands for Wolfpack which is the Hockey team i play for. I se it for a lot of stuff
Ikeni is a name from the game "Zeus: Master of Olympus" though on server 5 I used the name Sigismund because it sounded good when making the account.
I love playing diablo 2. I use it on alot of games and if its taken i insert the numbers 666 next to it lolz am evil. I was surprised Diablo wasn't taken in this forum so that makes my name special unique or whatever.
My name originated on Empire Earth II. A friend of mine and I decided to start up a clan *EoB* (Empire of the Byzantines, this is the friend that got me obsessed with them) and my original name didn't fit with the *EoB* tag. So he suggested Heraclius, after a Byzantine Emperor, and it stuck. I've used it on most games since. My ingame name, Varro... well I'm not really sure. On AoE III, and Company of Heroes, I used the name Marcus Varro (after a famous Roman) and since Marcus Varro didn't fit I just shortened it to Varro. I didn't think of using Heraclius ingame until it was too late.
Mine was made up from random dice rolling for a D&D character back in the early 1980's. I have used it a lot since then as a gaming name in general.
my username comes from a game i like and an incredibly unimagitive mind.
I like barbecue sauce
In Hawaiian mythology, Haikili is the god of thunder. I had used variations on it and someone nicknamed me haiku in game chat once. since I like to write in a brief style it fit and I adopted it.
I've been StormWolf since '97. Yeah...I know there are others on the 'net, one of who is rather...uh...famous (infamous), and it is also the name of author Michael Stackpole's website...which ironically was also started in 1997. However, I wasn't even aware of Michael Stackpole til years later, and I've never read any of his works. I honestly don't know which of us used the name first.
I got my name from the fact that I love wolves, and I was into stormchasing at the time. I needed a yahoo email name, and I chose "Stormwolf13", because my favorite number is 13. When I BETA'd the original EverQuest, I was StormWolf...and it stuck. I was also one of the original Neopets members, but my account got frozen (like over half of the membership at that time) when the creators decided, literally overnight, to go "Family Friendly" from an Adult/College type atmosphere, and a lot of us got "iced" for talking like we always had on the forums...about things such as politics, religion, etc. By the time I got back from appealing the IP ban, not only had "Stormwolf" been taken, so had "Stormwolf13".
Most people just call me "Stormy" now...even many people offline...It's pretty much become my real name almost.
And yes, for anyone wondering, I am female...or, as we'd say in the chats...I'm a ****(girl).
i started using dragonmother cause it was a slight variation of my email, which the reason i started using it for that was cause both my husband and i love dragons and i was pregnant at the time...since i gave birth it's become even more accurate....unfortunately it's too long for this game :( so i had to go with something else, 1 of which is lilbeth, which is 1 of the nicknames we call our daughter elizabeth
My name comes from the Dragonlance series of books. I started using it in 2006 for the F2P FPS Warrock, and ive been using it ever since.
My close friends used to call me hitch. It's cause I'm pretty random in real life and my train of thought is often really out there. Hitch was short for hitchiker's guide to the galaxy and one of my friends hated the name. Told me it made me sound butch not petite, I was more like an abstract angel, so I started calling myself Abstract Angel 42 in 2001.
This is the only forum i use this name in too. most other forums i use Lord Megatron17 or Sigilstone17. the first because i like Transformers and the second because thats my email.
Haha, well actually I was sitting in front of the computer trying to think of a good name and I noticed a little take-out thing of barbecue sauce on the table next to me and I thought "Hmm... BBQ_Sauce... I like it!" So I've been BBQ_Sauce for almost a month :P
My X-Box LiVE and Runescape name is Procyon11, but that got old I guess. Had to come up with something new and original.
wow, some of these are actually funny to read about.
x2, keep them coming members!

Well i used to go by Black Dragon and still do on my 360 but online i go by Talisman, got it from Aces of Combat 6, fun game,
"Mad" because I am mad and "K" because I am "Mad, Kay."
:p
It comes from friends calling me "mad" when they see me play first person shooters.
Well, my forum name is one I have been using for years, on any forum I sign up to. ( Long story short...the first Forum I ever signed up on was a discussion forum on certain Sci-Fi movies. I chose to take the name Hypothetical because just about everything we talked about on that forum was outside of Cannon, and therefore may or may not have been true. I liked the name, so I've kept it.)
As for in game names, I tend to pick ones based on whatever I happen to be reading at the time, or something from a book I have read in the past. ( E.G. On server 3 I am Ix. Ix is a word that translates to : Boy who is not able satisfactorily to explain what a Hrung is, nor why it should chose to collapse on Betelguese VII . I offer bonus points to anyone who can figure out where that is from. I'll give you a couple of hints. The author of that book series is deceased. The main character has extreme difficulty in dealing with Thursdays.)
The following is a test, I doubt it will work.
[dice]1d20+1[/dice]
