yeah, I never said it was malware. I just said it had the better chance of being.
It more then likely isn't. I still don't trust it though (especially after issues I had when I tried to remove it at the end of July) more then likely not caused by iEvony, but it hurts a persos trust.
Just a heads up, you should really read the ToC. Basically, by playing Evony you're allowing them access to your computer. Malware could be installed.
On the subject of iEvony I wouldn't trust it. My anti-virus, Kaspersky 2009 marks it as malware. That's just my take on it, like the ToC states you're agreeing to play the game, so you're agreeing to any add ons.
If you are that worried about it Koolaid, you shouldn't play any online games because they all access your computer to some degree. Stay away from Steam and X-fire as well.
Exactly Rodri, all online games extract certain info from your computer, they do not however put anything on your computer unless you have to download a portion of the game. So big fail for Koolaid in claiming malware in general.
I scan my comp every few days and run spybot almost daily. I have never had Evony come up as malware.
Me too, daily, no problems, though obviously not using spybot, thats ancient tech.
Superantispyware and malwarebytes are where its at today..
