DCJerboa does all mine... but any photo editing program usually works ;)

MS Paint works to some extent for things, I have 3 photo editors and 1 art program I use depending on the level of work that needs to be done on a sig or pic.

I use Irfanview, it's free to download and it can run offline. I also have gimp, but I'm still learning what it can do. Paint is very underated too. It depends on how you use it.
You can't add text with paint, I use irfanview for that.

Now how to I save it and post it here?

Just right click on it and select 'save picture as...' then to apply it click on user cp, then edit signature then load it straight from your computer.
to do that click on browse next option 2 then find in your pictures, double click it and then click on the upload button.

Just one thing, if I have made a sig for you and you like it, a little bit of rep would be nice, or even just rate this thread?
