A little off topic...but how many of you were in the Age II beta for the one day it was online?
auto-farming
building Queue
sell items
trade medals
more Quest
additional techs.
When AGE:II comes out I would like to be able to teleport my attacking forces around. Teleporting the wounded back to the city just doesn't help my attacks, and porting my entire city around is a waste. Also I hope to see some type of phaser gun weapons and mabe a tractor beam that shoots out of my walls and drags troops into my traps....My final suggestion would be to incorperate starwars characters as heros insted of random names like they have now. Oh yeah, mabe also have differnt food option insted of just corn. (cake or pie for example)
Here is my suggestion for AgeII:
1. Cathedral building that hold one priest at a time, and the priest increase your troop's healing percentage (20-30% depended on the lvl of the priest)
2. Cannons replace catapults and has a range of 2k.
3. you will be struck by Black plague (real thing in Medieval time) in every random interval of time.
This is probably the worst idea ever. yeah it sux to login only to find out you've lost a city. but if that happens, there's three bigger problems you need to worry about.Quote:
Instant truce status once you have logged out for the night. (nothing worse than finally getting back in and having your main city taken over)
a) your defenses aren't good enough
b) your alliance doesn't care enough about you to reinforce you
c) you didn't allow troops to garrison in your city
i would like to see build limits capped by numbers of workers in cities.
For instance, to upgrade a barracks from lvl 1 to 2 requires say 20 workers.
Upgrade your walls from level 5 to level 6 requires say... 200 workers.
If you had 220 worker you could complete 2 builds at once.
So your build limit is not set to 1 at a time, it is dependant on how many workers you have spare.
Workers at the moment are only needed for build city. They are too slow and have too low an attack for anything else so why not make them a part of the game.
When a building is finished then the workers return to the rally point to be used again.
The amount of workers needed should depend on the scale of the building work, as in the higher the level the more workers required and the building type.
So upgrade level 5 barracks to level 6 say 50 workers
Walls from lvl 5 to lvl 6 i would say about 400 or 500 workers.
barracks from level 8 - 9 i would say around 100-150 workers.
just an idea, give workers a purpose and allows you to build your city in a more realistic way, managing the resources as workers cost res to build and take time.... anyway ... just a thought.
