It snowed a whole lot a while back, but pretty much everything has melted from the rain we've had since.
So it looks like early autumn (no leaves) with a bit of ice here and there.
It's just after 7.00 a.m. and the sun is well up now. It's calm and the sky is bright blue with no clouds at all. We had some rain yesterday afternoon and last night so it's a little bit chilly. It's going to be fairly mild today, with a forecast maximum of 26 C.
There is just that hint of a smell of moisture still around this morning and just a gentle breeze. It's days like this that make this a good place to live.
Sorry, no camera atm, so no personal pics, but these should give a fair idea of what it's like.

Yeah... He did. And I'm sorry I missed it earlier.
Nice and sunny out there this morning but we already have about two feet of snow on the ground.
And it's reading minus 30 degrees Celsius as I am writing this.
It's going to be a loooong winter....
Well, the roads are bare and clear, I haven't taken a yardstick to the snow that STILL hasn't melted, and right now it's a lovely minus 2 degrees F.
Believe me, Wildor, I know that feeling. :P
