Civ is definant hera. Stories is a tie between Arumen and Els. I loved "Heights" and "The Revenge". Everyone should read them. Now, FPRP... Idk. Milo was amazing, and so was Demon... And there's so many others! Can't decide on that
i've been lurking for a while, and while i have an oppinion on rp'rs i'd reather not explain how i got it, so i'll just toss out my vote for stories
wich is still a hard thing as there are so meny good ones to read and some intruging writing styles to appreceate. Demon has to get the vote from me though.

Els kinda godmodded when it came to rping...... Hera is definately the Best Civ rper..... Milo really kinda screwed up the plot on a couple occasions.... Abbakker was a very good FPRPer....... Demon never really got far in his stories but they were almost all amazing...... Els was a great storywriter....... Joemanf is also a great rper........ Aru wrote the best story...... Styles even though he is new I have found to be a very good, rational rper....... Vergil is a very good character developer....... I vote for me :p
on a serious note i think abs or demon were the best rpers and aru and demon the best story writers
