Concerning that last script...
Don't spend one on a barracks until you have Metal Casting 10 researched. You can't build pults until you research that anyway. Metal Casting 10 requires a level 10 workshop. I'm not saying to spend the 4th on a workshop. I'm just saying to get a level 10 workshop before you worry about a level 10 barracks.
Spend the 4th mich script on whatever research requirement you want to get to 10 first.
Stable to research Horseback Riding
Workshop to research Metal Casting
Forge to research Military Science
Resource field to research that particular resource production
Warehouse to research stockpile
There is a perfectly valid argument that the resource production would be the most beneficial way to use that 4th script. If you have a city with almost all mines or mills or whatever, then researching your focused resource to 10 could be best.
You can also consider not getting the Town Hall to level 10 and doing the workshop/barracks combo for catapults.
It depends what is most important to your play style.
Use it on the Rally Point. Then you can send 10 waves of 100k troops (125k if you apply War Ensign). If you are stuck with a lvl 9 Rally Point, you will only be able to send 9 waves of 90k troops (112.5K with War Ensign).
Next choice is to use it on walls. Having lvl 10 walls will allow you to have up to 18K Archer Towers (a pretty strong defense, especially if you have lvl 10 Archery Tech.)

First should be walls. This game is won by defense.
Second should be rally spot. 100k waves are a wonderful thing.
Third should be Feasting Hall. You wont get 10 waves out at once without 10 heros.
A lvl10 Town Hall is pointless. All it gets you is 3 more resource fields, and one more valley. Plus it makes your castle bigger in map view, which makes you more of a target.
I would definitely use one on the rally spot, the extra 10K troops will help you out a lot. I have used 4 so far - walls, rally spot, feastin hall, town hall - in that order. Also, I have never seen the point in using one on forge/workshop/stable when you can just take a level 10 npc and save yourself some scripts. Those are buildings youre just going to tear down anyway.
Stable you dont want to tear down, you should keep one in one of your cities, helps with horsie training. but yea, those three arent worth a mikey script.
Stable doesn't help with training horses. Yes, in game it says that it does, but there are about 100 threads here where many people have agreed that it doesn't (including me). There are also quite a few websites that would say its only purpose is for researching higher levels of HBR.
I tore mine down level by level to see if there was a difference, and there isn't.
In every guide I have read, the archery tech does not affect AT range, just wall level.
1 for rally spot.
Save the other2 for other cities.....
Lv 10 Rally Spot = the ultimate investment
For spending 1 Mich on the Rally, you can farm Lv. 10 NPCs for as many Michs as you want
1 for walls, 1 for rally, 1 for feasting hall (you cant send 10 waves if you dont have 10 heroes unless one of those waves are scouting), and 1 for TH maybe, forge to train troops better, but a high attack hero can do that as well; but of course warehouse is a good choice as well, maybe build 4 lvl 10 warehouses, (the warehouses were a joke dont build any warehouses). hope i helped,
